Operations Platform & Inventory System

We partnered with Firehurst Co. to build a state-of-the-art enterprise resource management application, replacing a legacy system of fragmented spreadsheets with a fast, real-time internal platform.

The Challenge

Firehurst Co. manages inventory across multiple distribution locations. Their staff faced significant bottlenecks due to:

• Out-of-sync inventory values resulting in shipping delays.
• Fragmented sales data requiring hours of manual synthesis for weekly reports.
• Lack of modern user permission levels leading to security concerns.

Our Solution

We designed and developed a secure, responsive custom SaaS portal that centralizes their inventory database, maps order tracking flows, and delivers instant sales reporting graphs.

Features Built:

1. Real-time Inventory Syncing: Implemented WebSockets logic to broadcast inventory levels across distribution points, keeping all terminals aligned.
2. Interactive Analytics Dashboards: Created clean SVG graphs rendering sales metrics, stock warnings, and operations throughput.
3. Advanced Access Controls: Formulated role-based access levels, ensuring employees see only information required for their duties.
